Education is the foundation at Enchanté A European Salon and we believe that a true stylist is never done growing. When mastering skill and insight, the opportunity for success comes easy.

Some beginner stylists (recent graduates from cosmetology school) may qualify for our Apprentice Program. This program is designed to help new stylists advance their skills, professionalism and confidence under professional supervision of an experienced stylist. Our Apprentice Program typically lasts 3-12 months depending on your performance, skills and commitment.

After completing the program you are guaranteed a station on the salon floor as a full-time stylist. We offer our stylists continuing education with Bumble and bumble, including Bb.U in New York, as well as hands-on Wella color classes at our salon and in cities across the country. All stylists have the opportunity to participate in local and nationwide competitions and events, as well as to support the local community through philanthropic work at Enchanté.
