Professional Policy

Appointments

We will call you the day before to confirm your appointment. Please make sure your personal information is updated and current. Should you be running late for your appointment we would appreciate a phone call as soon as possible. At that time it can be determined whether or not you will need to reschedule. If you are later than 15 minutes for your appointment, you may need to reschedule.

Messages

We will return messages throughout the day and if it is after business hours, we will return your call the next business day. Should you need to reach us for a question about your booked appointment, please email us. If you would like to schedule an appointment immediately, you may do so here.

Payments

Payment is due in full at the end of each appointment.Cash, MasterCard,Discover and Visa are accepted. Checks are not accepted. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for textural transformations and hair extensions at the time of booking due to the time required for these services.

Cancellations

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours before your appointment. We appreciate your help in keeping our salon efficient as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment may be charged a cancellation fee.

Children

While all children are welcome to come in to have a service done, we ask that any children who are not receiving a service remain in our waiting area while being accompanied by an adult. This is for the safety of children and for the comfort of all of our clients. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Product Store

Products that are sold on-line are returnable but they must be 75% unused or they will not be refunded. Shipping prices are not refundable. Products shipped will be shipped via USPS services, Monday – Friday during business hours.
