What is Botox?

Boxtox is the latest advancement in botulism toxin therapy. It is used to safely, simply, and effectively improve the appearance of frown lines, forehead creases, and ‘crows feet’. By relaxing the underlying muscle Botox reduces the appearance of wrinkling on the skin. Botox injections are safe and have been approved by the FDA. The effects last approximately 12-16 weeks.

What is Juvederm?

Juvederm contains hyaluronic acid in the form of a crystal clear gel. It is injected into the skin to lift the wrinkle from the inside. Once in the skin Juvederm creates volume resulting in a healthy, vital appearance. When injected into the lip it can create a fuller more sensuous look. Juvederm is not extracted from animals which lessens the risk of allergic reaction. Juvederm is most frequently used to treat deep smile lines, and add fullness to the lips. The effects last for approximately 6 to 8 months.
