We are extremely team oriented and offer our employees an over abundance of continuing education. Education is the foundation at Enchante European Salon. When mastering skill and insight, the opportunity for success comes easy. Our apprentice program offers a range of education that expands creative cutting, coloring, styling, hair extensions, textural transformations, makeup application, leadership skills, business management and an in-depth understanding to the industry as a whole. When apprentices have successfully completed the program they are guaranteed a station on the floor and a position as a full-time stylist. Full-time stylists are eligible for health insurance, opportunities to enter salon contests, to travel to Bumble and bumble University, Aquage Academy, Wella Color Classes, etc. and participate in photo shoots and fashion shows to build your portfolio.
